Reliable Computer Services of Westchester is owned and operated by Juan Soria and Ernesto Arreguin. It was opened in 2009 as a reaction to what was perceived by both partners as a lack of businesses in the computer repair field that offered good service and fair prices in Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and the surrounding areas. Juan Soria was originally born in Ecuador. He has a Master degree in Computer Information Systems from Pace University as well as an A+ certification.
